What are your shipping costs?

For local orders within Oegstgeest, we deliver without charge.

We ship designs using PostNL. In the Netherlands, orders over €25 have free delivery. For orders under €25, the charge for cards and A4 posters is €3.70. The charge for A3- and framed posters is €8.95. International shipping is shown at check out. 

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We aim to have your order with you within a week of order date. If you need something fast, get in contact and we’ll see what we can do.

What should I do if I think my package is lost?

If a week has passed since your order date, please send us a mail with your order number and we’ll see if we can track it down. 

Are you working on any other posters? What about Leiden? 

Yes, I’m super excited because I’ve just started work on two new posters. That’s Leiden and Warmond. If you have any suggestions for buildings that you’d like to see on either, then just let me know! I love getting suggestions.
